The aim of the Guidance Cell is to provide comprehensive guidance and services to equip students with necessary attitude and skills to acquire a holistic personality. It aims in moulding integrated personalities. The cell promotes students identify one’s skills and cross hurdles to obtain personal/interpersonal awareness to succeed in life. Under the guidance of the teaching faculty the cell helps students to overcome class, social, and cultural barriers to explore and nurture their potentiality and personality. Apart from this, teachers take up specific roles to address decision making, goal setting and job-oriented strategies.
