Introduction
The controller section of our college was formed on the eve of our feat of achieving the status of autonomy. The section has complete dominion over everything pertaining to examinations and degree completion. The section aims to conduct examinations with the highest bars of integrity and efficiency along with releasing the results and taking charge of marksheets and degree certificate. The goal is to uphold the transparency and the integrity of the examination process. Our team is highly coordinated and precise at their craft, making the department a vital cog in our wheel.
Dr. Sheela V. J.MA.,PhD.,NET.,D.Litt (Honorary)
Dr. Rev. Sr. V. J. Sheela, (MA.,PhD.,NET.,D.Litt (Honorary) is the Principal of our institution from 2009 and also presides over as the Chief Controller of Examinations from 2021-24. She is a vastly experienced scholar with her gold medal for Examinations from Bharathiar University being the highlight. She is known for her zeal and passion towards humanity and service and her interests led to her specializing and gaining a doctorate degree in History. She was honored with a Doctorate for services to the field of education. She also has qualification and certification of the NET examination conducted by the UGC
Dr. C. Beulah Vijayarani, M.Com., M.Phil., PGDCA., MBA., B.Ed., PhD., D.Litt(Hon):The Controller of Examinations (2024-2027)
Dr.C.BeulahVijayrani(M.Com.,M.Phil.,PGDCA.,MBA.,B.Ed.,PhD.,D.Litt(Honorary) comes in with a rich experience of more than thirty years of teaching in Commerce, with her doctorate being in the field of finance. She served as the Deputy Controller of Examinations ever since the college attained autonomy and now she takes over as the controller of examinations, with able team under her wings. She also serves as one of the most experienced Associate Professors in the institution in the Department of Commerce, where she was head of the department before entering the offices of the CoE. She hopes to maintain the levels of integrity and perfection that has become synonymous with the section over time.
Mr.M. John Santhosh.,M.Sc.,M.Ed.,
Mr. John Santhosh (M.Sc.,M.Ed.,) also brings his technical finesse to the table. He is a reliable mind in the technical aspects of the section and serves as the technical assistant for the hardware and software of the same. His exploits are not confined to tech support only as he also serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics. His contributions directly influence the smooth and seamless running of the Section and its servers.
Sr Lilly D . M.Com., D S P
Sr. Lily is the superintendent of the Controller section, very well versed in the art of type writing in two languages, English and Tamil. She is a sincere and has the wealth of 5 years’ experience in the admin section. She is reliable and systematic in her work, making her a welcome piece in the department. She is also the AICUF advisor for our institution. One can say she boasts of proficiency in many different aspects.
Mr. Vishnu k. M.Sc. COMPUTER SCIENCE
Mr. Vishnu brings the flair of computer applications to the table. He is no stranger to the digital domain and has a very impressive repertoire up his sleeve in Troubleshooting and networks. With his efficiency also extending to system hardware, he is responsible for the smooth functioning of the Section’s hardware and software. He has an esteemed certification from CISCO on troubleshooting. He is the tech support and the stability of the CoE servers are in his capable hands.
