STUDENTS GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL:

Providence College for Women recognizes the need for considering all types of grievances from its students and makes all efforts to redress. The grievances from the students shall be handled by the SGRC Committee which comprises of five teachers from the staff body, student council members and student discipline committee members.

SGRC FOLLOWING

• Any student is at liberty to represent any grievance in person or in  writing to the Student Grievance Redressed Cell.

•  Student’s grievance if any can be represented through the class representative, student council members, students discipline committee members or the student’s grievance Readressal cell staff members.
• A grievance box is placed in front of the administrative block; students can post their grievance in writing and drop in the box.
• The staff representatives of students’ grievance Redressal will have meetings with the student’s council members once in a fortnight so as to  collect the grievances from the students.
• Staff members of student’s grievance redressal committee will meet the class representatives once in a month to find out grievances if any.
• A mail ID ‘[email protected]’ is activated so that the students can post their grievance.
• The grievances of the students will be sorted out by the staff committee on the advice of the principal.
