"M.Sc. Computer Science"

The Department of M.Sc.Computer Science was established in the year 2012 with a view to develop quality software engineers to meet the current trends in the emerging world of IT. The research programme M.Phil was started in the year 2014 to educate the students with advanced knowledge in the field of computer science which includes technical and analytical work.

At present the department is full-fledged by starting the PhD programme in the year 2019 which involves independent study and research in a focused area of interest. We have well equipped and experienced staff to work with excellent team spirit .At present the department has 8 faculty members in which 3 completed their doctorate and 5 of them are pursuing their Ph.D .To motivate the students, the department organizes regular training in state of art software & hardware, arranges workshop, National & International Conferences periodically. 

The Department  of  M.Sc. Computer Science and M.Phil., & Ph.D., (Computer Science) Part-Time/Full-Time Programmes. The goal of the Department is to educate the students to get technical expertise and knowledge in the field of Information Technology so that it enables them to communicate and use their acquired knowledge constructively for the benefit of others. The Department interacts persistently with esteemed academic institutions, reputed industries and R&D organizations to keep abreast of the latest technologies.
