❝Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it.❞
(Proverbs 22: 6 from the Bible)
In the temple of learning the lamp is the institution, parents the oil, students the wick and the staff the flame that lights the wick.
The parents: The future of our nation rests in the hands of our young. It is the responsibility of today’s parents to properly raise their children. When you raise in the way that they should go; teaching them faith in God,
patriotism, love, unity, kindness, courage, truth, justice, respect for life and for one another, service, sharing. you will become their role model for they will come back to the road you had set for them.
The staff: Being an inspiration in whatever you do you will give direction to the students like a light house. A lighthouse is strong and is not shaken by the strong or the mighty waves. It is visible in the darkest of nights. It presence can never be missed. You are important. You are great.
The students: Acquire knowledge and skills imbibe the right values, build self-worth and self-confidence. Leave the portals of the college as young mature women capable of contributing to the betterment of the family, society, country and the world at large.
When learning is purposeful, creativity blooms. When creativity blooms, thinking emanates. When thinking emanates, knowledge is fully lit.
